Matchbox Art Workshop

Come learn how to make tiny works of art using matchboxes.  We’ll make mini-altars, mini-books, shadowboxes, pop-ups and more! You’ll be guided through each project with easy-to-follow demonstrations.  Most materials will be provided.

This is the seventh annual Printers' Fair & Wayzgoose at History Park in San Jose. Visitors can print a jumbo wood type poster and peruse the marketplace, free! Sponsored by the San Jose Printers’ Guild, this event celebrates letterpress printing, typography, book arts, ephemera, fine paper, printmaking, and allied arts. Print enthusiasts, students, educators, graphic designers, typophiles, artists, and printers new or old will enjoy the demonstrations, tours, and array of vendors and exhibitors.

I will have a booth selling my artist books, paper art and snarky greeting cards.  Stop by my table!

Creative Art Card Workshop


Don’t you love getting a beautiful card in the mail?  Come learn how to make your own unique greeting cards using easy-to learn techniques and unusual materials, like matchboxes, glass beads, tags, buttons and more. You’ll learn 10 creative card-making techniques.  You’ll leave the workshop with 10 one-of-a-kind cards you can send to friends or give as gifts. Most materials will be provided.
